We are a producer and provider of IT solutions aimed at a wide group of business recipients. We supply Internet solutions (cloud computing) based on the latest technologies backed by our long hands-on experience.
Our mission is to create high quality products and services in the field of software, to deliver them to customers and to provide implementation and maintenance services of the highest quality.
Our products are located in the area of intra / internet solutions supporting any processes implemented in a distributed environment. In addition to the functional values and reliability of our software, we attach great importance to contact with the customer. From the beginning of our activity, our customers have been appreciating our friendly and professional service, not only during the system implementation period, but also during its operation.
History
Galactica was established in 2005. In the early period, the main subject of our operation was to create and implement custom Internet systems. We carried out numerous projects supporting various business processes, e.g. Internet software for recruitment agencies, HR departments, travel agencies and real estate agencies. We also created software assisting ISO quality systems and another one aiding production processes.
In the following years we designed new out-of-the-box systems: one of them supported processes related to customer relations (CRM), another one aided recording and managing tools, next one improved management in logistic companies, and the last one helped nurseries. Due to a growing demand for websites, we opened a Web Development department in our company.
In 2011 we launched an innovative service connected to VR technology - "Virtual tours". Since then, with help of specialist equipment from Ricoh company and our own software, we have been providing services connected to taking panoramic photos and creating virtual presentations of interiors and public places all over Poland.
Since the beginning of our business activity, we have been cooperating with over 300 companies including TESCO Poland, Toyota, UPC, Emmerson S.A., MONDI, PESA. Simultaneously thanks to the implementation of our original programming workshops we have acquired many young talented programmers and web developers.
At present the head office of our company is located in Bydgoszcz where we run a modern implementation-maintenance center. Right now we are constructing a state-of-the-art research and development center.
